Brian O'Reilly Architects, London, UK

Vladimir Dimitrov worked with us from may 2016 until February 2018. During his time in our practice he worked on many residential projects from preparing planning applications, preparing tender packages and taking projects on site.
He had a chance to complete successfully numerous planning applications, prepare several full tender packages following up with works associated with the construction phase. He experienced dealing with contractors and builders on site and has a good understandings of constructions and materials.
Vladimir was a trusted and reliable member of staff and was completely involved in most of the projects we had which allowed him to supervise the junior architectural assistants.
he is a good designer and he is well-organised and neat in his work. He is proactive, detailed in his management and communication and always willing to offer his assistance to others when needed.
I, therefore, would not hesitate to recommend Vladimir for the position in your practice. He will be a good addition to whatever organisation employs him. If you have any other queries, please do not hesitate to contact me.
MAP Projects, London, UK

Mr Vladimir Ivanov Dimitrov worked for us at Map Projects from 20th November 2013, up until 30th September 2014 and from 1st July 2015 up until 6th November 2015.
He was involved in eight different projects that our company has worked on. They were all large high-end residential refurbishments in London, where a high standard of finishes was expected, and intricate detailing was required. Vladimir is able to understand and solve complex three-dimensional junctions, and it was clear that he has a good understanding of architectural drawings. He has distinguished himself with an exceptional work ethic, and he has produced work with speed and attention.
He was involved in three planning applications that he brought to successful completion.
Additionally, he was involved in two further projects, in which he solved setting out problems of structural elements, and interfaces with electrical and mechanical equipment.
Furthermore, he produced detailed drawings for construction, involving some complex minimal detailing for a large flat.
Finally, he detailed for another large project a substantial joinery package, that required interfaces with lighting equipment and many one-off bespoke items.
His attitude in the office and on site has always been courteous and cooperative, and we think he will be a very good asset to any team or company that might choose to work with him.
